The 3PE anti-corrosion structure consists of three layers: the first layer is fusion bonded epoxy powder (FBE), the second layer is adhesive (AD), and the third layer is polyethylene (PE). These three materials are integrally bonded to form a strong and reliable anti-corrosion coating. This composite structure effectively combines the chemical resistance of epoxy, the bonding properties of adhesive, and the mechanical protection of polyethylene.
The 3PE outer coating for steel pipes offers high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation performance, and long-lasting corrosion protection.
